There are several types of ballot initiatives for school districts in the State of Ohio. Posted on the Cuyahoga County’s Treasurer’s Office website is a document on Funding Our Schools which not only explains the type of levies, but their use, purpose, and how House Bill 920 impacts school funding.

 

The Ohio Department of Taxation also provides information on school tax rates and other information for all school districts in addition to School Property Tax laws for interested residents.
